Austria

Being raised and educated in Austria it took me till the mid 1990’s to build there. My exhibition, Easy Living at the Museum of Applied Art under the Directorship of P. Noever brought me home so to speak. A winning planning Competition for the expansion of my hometown Judenburg allowed me to realize the first four story housing bulld as a prefabricated wood building in Austria. Further commissions for housing, Breitenlee and several residences followed.

Italy / Switzerland

An unbuilt housing project in Connegliano and several participations at the Venice Biennale kept me in touch with Italy. In Switzerland two projects for a former American client emerged around the countryside of Basel.

Holland

An experimental housing project in The Hague for a developer with high ambitions was paired down to allow realization the collection of housing prototypes with other architectural colleagues like A. McNair, S.Holl and B. Tschumi.
